This helps us create a plan that’s realistic, safe, and tailored to you. Your personalised plan may include nutrition advice, activity guidance, healthy habit-building, and—if suitable—medication to support weight management. Everything we recommend follows clinical guidance, and we explain your options clearly so you always feel informed and comfortable with each step. We don’t just create a plan and send you on your way. You’ll have regular follow-up appointments to review progress, celebrate achievements, discuss any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation and No Show Policy Due to the clinical nature of our injection services and the preparation, staffing, and stock requirements involved, we operate a strict cancellation policy. This ensures we can provide safe, timely care to all patients and minimise wasted appointments. Cancellation Notice Patients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an injection appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are classed as late cancellations. Late Cancellations Where an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to: Retain any booking fee or deposit paid Charge a late cancellation fee Require pre payment for future bookings This is because injection appointments require advance preparation, including clinical staffing and medicines that cannot always be reused. Failure to Attend (No Shows) Patients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be recorded as a no show. In these cases: The full appointment fee may be charged Future appointments may require full payment in advance Repeated non attendance may result in refusal of future bookings Exceptional Circumstances We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis at the discretion of the pharmacy team. Proof may be requested where appropriate. Importance of Attendance Injection appointments are time sensitive and clinically important. Missed or cancelled appointments at short notice prevent other patients from accessing care and result in wasted clinical resources.
